FAQ'S (in progress)

I am open to different contract options, but my main interest lies in finding a long-term commitment. I am willing to consider both freelance and part-time or full-time opportunities, as I value stability and the opportunity to grow with a team in the long run. However, I am open to discussing different options and adapting to the specific needs of the project or company.

The most important aspect of a job or career, for me, is having a sense of purpose and fulfillment. When we find meaning in our work, it becomes more than just a means to earn a living; it becomes a source of motivation, satisfaction, and personal growth. This sense of purpose doesn’t just benefit ourselves; it positively impacts those around us as well.

there are several other elements that I consider important for a satisfying work experience. Firstly, its one which promotes a healthy work-life balance and recognizes importance of employee well-being. That’s is crucial for me. These days is really common to overwhelmed and thats why i thinks its important for companies to acknoledge this situation.

I also appreciate flexibility in working hours. It simply makes life easier althought I do understand that this can be challenging, and people may abuse this power. Nevertheless, I believe it’s essential for being productive and I believe the only to way to make this work, is having mutual trust.

And last but not least, Im taking for granted competitive salaries, access to training, opportunities for growth, and different benefits like discounts, gym pass, or whatever, they are also essential to enhance the work experience.

The organization of my tasks is one of my greatest achievements, and while its not always perfect, I consider it a really good solution, because it works.

I admit that one of my weaknesses is that I can be a bit forgetful at times. However, this motivated me to create a system in Notion. In case you’re not familiar with Notion, it’s a platform that allows you to create databases and pages and you can do whatever you want. Within Notion, I handle all aspects of my work, from tasks and projects to documentation and client details. I even have my own wiki with relevant information about my work. Additionally, I’ve blueprints and templates that auto-complete to streamline my processes. I also use Notion to track my finances, both income and expenses, as well as manage aspects of my personal life.

Regarding the specific question about how I organize most important tasks, I have a blank page where I write down exactly what I need to do. This helps me stay focused and ensures that I don’t overlook any important tasks. I call this page ‘current.’

if I have to mention a specific project , I have one in mind which I had to develop a customized e-commerce website. This project involved creating custom functionalities and design elements while ensuring the seamless migration of data from Shopify. This data included orders, customer information, product details, descriptions, reviews, all of which had to be interconnected and they were from different extensions, or plugins.

Yes, I have experience working with Git and creating custom themes and plugins from scratch. However, I must mention that they are not currently part of my regular workflow. While I could easily adapt to using Git again and creating themes and plugins from scratch, it may require a bit more time for me to catch up with the latest practices and technologies. Additionally, I am comfortable working with PHP and can create custom functions as needed. I am willing to learn and apply my skills in theme and plugin development to meet the specific needs of the project.

My long-term ambition is to strike a balance between personal and professional growth. On the professional front, I’m committed to advancing my career in web development and embracing more client-oriented roles, ensuring that I can contribute effectively to clients’ success. I aspire to become a trusted resource for clients, delivering excellent support, offering valuable insights, and creating a nurturing and collaborative environment where clients feel understood and appreciated.

From a personal perspective, I aim to maintain a healthy work-life balance, allowing me to enjoy life outside of work and spend quality time with my loved ones. I also prioritize my health and well-being by regularly engaging in physical exercise and playing music with my band.

One of my greatest passions in life is technology in its various forms. I’m genuinely fascinated by programming languages, tools, and the evolving tech landscape. I actively engage in tech communities, enjoying discussions on coding languages and emerging technologies.

In addition to my tech enthusiasm, I’m a piano player, which offers a creative and relaxing outlet for me. These passions define my interests and how I engage with the world.

Outside of work, I have a variety of interests that keep me engaged. I’m passionate about staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I frequently visit the gym and enjoy going cycling and hiking, often challenging myself with mountain climbs. I’m also a dedicated cinephile and love indulging in TV series and movies, and I relish going to the cinema.

Furthermore, I have a musical side and play in a band that specializes in acoustic performances for private events, including weddings. Music is a significant part of my life, and it allows me to express my creativity and connect with people through live performances
